After an order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping across the UK. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3-5 business days after dispatch. Should you prefer expedited shipping you can select a premium service at checkout.

3. International Shipping Options
Imbali Crafts ships internationally to select countries. The estimated delivery time for international orders varies by destination, generally ranging from 7-21 business days after dispatch. Please check our website for a list of countries we ship to and any specific restrictions that may apply.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. For international orders, additional fees such as import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information if applicable. Both domestic and international standard shipping options do not offer a tracked service so if you would like to monitor your shipment’s progress, please select one of the premium services that generate a tracking number.

6. Returns and Exchanges

In the event of damage or if the items are not as described, return shipping is covered by Imbali Crafts. However, if the buyer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
