In this tutorial, I want to show you how to make a wire wrapped pendant with hammered copper and woven wire details all finished off with accent beads.

What you will need to make this design:

Wire:

• 5 m (196.9 in.) of 0.3 mm (28 ga) wire
• 1 m (39.4in.) of 0.6 mm (22 ga) wire
• 1 m (39.4in.) of 0.6 mm (22 ga) square wire
• 1 m (39.4in.) of 1.3 mm (16 ga) square wire
• 1 m (39.4in.) of 0.6 mm (22 ga) half-round wire

Beads & gemstones:

• 1 x 18 mm pear gemstone (I have used a lodolite pear)
• 1 x 5 mm round cut faceted gemstone (I have used an amethyst)
• 2 x 1.5 mm beads
• 3 x 2 mm beads
• 7 x 2.5 mm beads
• 7 x 3 mm beads
• 2 x 4 mm beads
• 1 x 5 mm beads

Tools required:

• Chain-nose pliers
• Flat-nose pliers
• Needle-nose pliers
• Round-nose pliers
• Flush cutters
• Polishing materials to finish your piece
