These are genuine, hollow, bare copper beads. Their eliptical shape and lovely spiral pattern make them perfect as accents in jewellery. These are of great quality with perfectly finished and deburred holes. These beads work beautifully for a variety of crafts like wire work, micro-macrame or just as beautiful spacers for beaded jewellery.
I use beads in almost all my wire work as they create a beautiful finish and add detail to the designs.

As these are bare, unplated copper, the beads will tarnish over time. I store mine in an air-tight container to slow down the natural oxidisation process. If they do tarnish, the beads can be restored to their former shine using a jewellery polishing cloth.
Bead measurments are rounded off to the nearest 0.5 mm for simplicity. I have listed their actual size next to the display size, as well as their hole sizes:
5 mm bead (4.8 mm x 3.2 mm) - hole size - 0.8 mm
